**Housekeeping Aide Job Description**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and clean stay. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve our cleaning and maintenance goals.

**Requirements:**

  • No secondary education or equivalent certificate required.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • No experience as a supervisor required.
  • No license or certification required.
