Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Associate Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via phone and online channels.
Main Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls with courtesy and quality, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Provide status updates on current packages and basic follow-up activities, monitoring tracking updates through our CRM system.
- Initiate pickups, deliveries, and shipment research, as well as provide rate quotes and exception requests online.
- Assist customers in preparing shipping documentation, including information on international regulations and special notices.
- Resolve basic customer complaints within established authorities and escalate issues when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a service environment/industry.
- Excellent human relations, written and verbal communication, and telephone etiquette skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PC skills, with good general typing skills.
- Able to understand English (450 TOEIC points).
