As a Digital Transformation Coordinator Supply Chain, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation strategy across our supply chain. You will work closely with our project teams, including LATAM DVC, MOS, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Site Teams, to lead all project activities and ensure the adoption and use of digital tools are aligned with our business priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with project teams to lead all project activities and ensure the adoption and use of digital tools are aligned with our business priorities.
  • Implement new business KPIs and standardize them through all manufacturing sites and plants that have digital capabilities installed.
  • Implement national agenda governance for digital capabilities installed and future across supply chain.
  • Implement national agenda for ensuring sustain and adoption once DVC projects teams deliver to the sites.
  • Promote digital savvy across supply chain and replicate best practices between national facilities.
  • Promote continuous improvement culture by participating in lean six sigma agenda across supply to ensure digital capabilities are the source of information.
  • Train and coach all facilitators involved in the digital capabilities installed in sites and mixing centers.
  • Create the digital agenda learning for PMF to deliver train the trainers by site.
  • Support all on-site activities related to the Smart Manufacturing Project.
  • Support and track overall project success metrics and risks from a scope, schedule, and KPIs.
  • Support and execute the integration plan for site venues impacted by the Smart Manufacturing (MOTOR).
  • Work across functions (PLAN-MAKE-MOVE) to synchronize project activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Advanced Excel and other computational tools such as Power BI.
  • Advanced English and Spanish work proficiency.
  • Strategic planning and high sense of organization, with a focus on achieving excellent results.
  • Promoter of change and organizational development.
  • Controls and Information Systems experience or knowledge.
  • Direct experience with large-scale change initiatives.
  • Excellent qualities for management, talent development, and teamwork.
  • Capacity for numerical analysis and synthesis.
  • Experience working in digital transformation projects.
  • Experience in technologies.
  • Skilled at collaborating across function, sector, and business boundaries effectively.
  • Team work and leadership/coaching capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization.
