We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team as our Accounting and Administration Manager.

**Job Summary**

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing detailed financial reports, and ensuring compliance with current fiscal and regulatory standards. This includes supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in medium or large-sized companies, and advanced knowledge of tax and regulatory frameworks in Mexico. Proficiency in accounting software (ERP) and advanced Excel skills are also required.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee and supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly closing processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Perform detailed analysis of financial results to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic advice to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations, including preparing and filing tax returns and managing tax audits.
• Propose and lead improvements in accounting and financial processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce errors.
• Work closely with other departments such as finance, operations, and legal to ensure alignment with the company's financial and strategic goals.

**Requirements**

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in medium or large-sized companies.
• Advanced knowledge of tax and regulatory frameworks in Mexico.
• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements under IFRS or GAAP.

**Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.
