Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Wholesale Client Support Specialist to join our team at ADP, Inc.

This role involves providing exceptional support to Partners (Wholesale) firms regarding their inquiries about RUN products after the implementation team hands over their account to the Service team. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with ADP Payroll and Tax offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Client Inquiries: Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of RUN products, including ADP Payroll and Tax offerings, to provide accurate and informed support to clients.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Salary Range:

$55,000 - $75,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
