Operations Manager, North America Fulfillment and Returns Lead

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative, and customer-oriented team as we build for the long term. You will lead our North American Returns and Fulfillment team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring seamless operations.

- Manage order processing, delivery, sales support, and returns processing based on performance metrics.
- Lead the Mexico Operations team, including hiring, building, and mentoring.
- Mentor, train, and develop direct reports to enhance skills for individual and team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, Finance, Logistics, and Business Operations.
- Elevate Samsara's cultural principles, including Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, and Win as a Team, as we scale globally and across new offices.
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.
- Demonstrate domain expertise in sales order processing for B2B businesses like SaaS, hardware, or software products.
- Hold 2+ years of experience as an operations people manager or relevant experience in operations.
- Be bilingual (Spanish and English) and possess strong spoken and written language skills for working with multiple teams and publishing documentation.
- Possess a B.A./B.S. degree, preferably in a business or operations discipline, and experience managing teams across multiple time zones.
