We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Team Lead to join our team at Solar Turbines. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a critical role in providing first-level supervision and technical guidance to our accounts payable team.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year
**Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff accountants performing accounts payable functions across the Americas region.
- Manage a group of 7 staff accountants, prioritizing projects, assigning work, and reviewing performance.
- Evaluate and report on staff performance, participate in employee selection, and provide career guidance and training direction.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, manage internal customer requirements and expectations, and provide AP KPI analysis for upper management.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of financial systems, including Coupa and LN.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Experience managing a team and providing guidance and training.
