  1. Job Summary
  2. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by scheduling spa services, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and relaxing experience for our guests.
  3. Responsibilities
  4. Schedule spa services for individuals and groups using our reservations software system
  5. Call guests to confirm scheduled services and answer questions about available services
  6. Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day and resolve scheduling issues as needed
  7. Check in guests for appointments, confirm their first and last name, and provide a general spa orientation upon arrival
  8. Promote and sell spa services to guests
  9. Process guest payments for spa services and obtain payment authorization as needed
  10. Accept and log cash tips for employees
  11. Balance, scan, and drop receipts with Accounting
  12. Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs
  13. Requirements
  14. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
  15. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
  16. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
