Virtual Office Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at True Haven. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our team and clients.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing remote tools and cloud-based software to stay connected with our team and clients. Your strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will be essential in this role.

If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is fluent in English and has experience working in a virtual office environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our team and clients, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
- Utilize remote tools and cloud-based software to stay connected with our team and clients.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or office assistant.
- Excellent time-management, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools, such as instant messaging, Skype, Zoom, and Google Suite.
