Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems and the BorgWarner Technical Center in SLP. As an Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our engineering teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and the successful implementation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive office support services, including office supplies, food, and marketing materials.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and travel arrangements.
- Manage correspondence, invoices, and cost documents.
- Cooperate with external service providers, including building administration, courier companies, and cleaning services.
- Support the accounting and billing departments in the implementation of project settlement processes.
- Assist with the organization of business trips and events.
- Archive documents and coordinate communication between the branch and head office.
- Support the team in preparing documentation and reports.
- Prepare statistics and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent English (90% minimum).
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-reliance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (desired).
- Bachelor's degree (required).
