About the Role:


This is an exciting opportunity for an Academic Outreach Specialist to cultivate meaningful relationships with potential students, raise awareness about our institution, and deliver outstanding client experiences.



Responsibilities:



  • Cultivate relationships with potential students through effective communication and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build brand awareness and promote our institution's values.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • At least 3+ years of experience in a Call Center or Admissions environment.
  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
  • The ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
