Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of agents to ensure the implementation of security measures that safeguard personnel and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and a proven track record of managing teams to achieve high performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate security services and evaluate their performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Understand business metrics and apply effective strategies to drive operational excellence.
  • Identify and address performance gaps, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Develop and maintain a strong team culture, promoting inclusion, respect, and innovation.
  • Define roles and responsibilities, hold team members accountable, and recognize and reward high performers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum five years of relevant operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Specialist knowledge of one or more disciplines of railroad operations.
Working Conditions

This position has a regular full-time schedule with a normal workweek of Monday through Friday. Occasional work after hours or weekends may be required. Minimal travel up to 10% of the time may be necessary.
