Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a natural storyteller with a passion for marketing and entertainment. They will be agile, able to make quick pivots, and think differently than the average person.

Responsibilities

  • Redesign and build the process for proposal building by partnering with the client development team and senior leadership.
  • Develop proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients.
  • Effectively use research, internal data, and market analysis for structured quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Prepare presentations for clients for use in pitches to major brands and partners.
  • Understand social platforms, current trends, and the social media creator ecosystem.
  • Take the lead in articulating complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits.
  • Establish a tracking system with win-loss information to optimize our messaging, products, and processes.
  • Manage copywriting, visualizations, and creation of new slides to articulate complex ideas properly.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and award-winning campaigns, sharing those with direct reports and key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates/changes as well as emerging platform trends.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint or Google Slides).
  • 6-9 years of experience with brand marketing or influencer-based marketing.
  • An affinity for brand storytelling.
  • Basic understanding of AI and its impact on the advertising industry.
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated collaborative skills and the ability to use a variety of web-based communication tools.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities to develop comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to create effective strategies.
