Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team. As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing shipment documents, confirming customer orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products.
- Prepare and print shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary documents.
- Confirm shipment details with the warehouse team and send automated shipping notifications to customers.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP or other material control systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
