About the Role

As a Leisure Sales Executive at Andaz Mayakoba, you will play a vital role in maximizing sales and achieving pre-determined targets while working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
  • Maximize sales and achieve pre-determined targets.
  • Work closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Identify business opportunities and provide solutions to meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Advanced conversational skills in Spanish and English, both in writing, speaking, and reading.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Ideal qualifications include studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Experience with Opera, Reserve, and Prio systems for report generation and queries is desirable.
  • Previous sales experience within the hotel industry, preferably in the leisure segment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with potential clients.
  • Customer orientation and ability to understand and effectively meet client needs.
  • Proactivity and ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of the leisure market and skills to identify business opportunities.
