The Opportunity

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for transforming design and product vision into working product and develop, customize, and enhance functionalities of Salesforce. You will contribute to the development of a cutting-edge platform empowering our organization's digital capabilities for patients and healthcare professionals.

  • Collaborate with agile/scrum team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements.
  • Maintain and develop digital products (client-facing application side) and continuously deliver enhancements through CI/CD practices.
  • Proven track record in Salesforce solution development including features and systems such as Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Heroku, or integrated services like Web Services and Call Centers.
  • Use agile engineering practices and software and Web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions enhancing the customer and employee experience.
  • Continuously reach out to demonstrate and validate developed functionality.
  • Ability to work in complex environments and enjoy working autonomously.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, product management, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience developing software with strong orientation towards Salesforce-based technologies, ideally with DevOps models and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, LWC, Python, Rest API, SOQL, SQL, SSJS, Veeva, and Visual Force.
  • Experience in Salesforce development is a must.
  • Knowledge of working in a multi-org Salesforce platform architecture and its supporting infrastructure components.
  • Experience with design patterns, design-driven development, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications, and application security.
