Job Summary
We are seeking a Luxury Service Expert to join our team at Durango, a modern entertainment destination that offers the best in luxury hospitality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, creating personalized moments that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized service to our guests, including preparing food and beverage orders, as well as recommending premium offerings;
- Developing relationships with our guests, understanding their preferences, and tailoring our services to meet their needs;
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols, and ensuring that all outlet areas are clean and well-maintained;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One (1) year of previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment;
- Knowledge of wine and spirits, including decanting wine and conducting full wine service;
- Ability to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the team;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- 21 years of age or older and able to obtain all necessary work cards.
