Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that adapt to our target audience's needs.
  • Manage product, price, promotion, and distribution strategies in our respective business area.
  • Prepare presentations and reports on market movements and company KPIs, proposing action plans for the brand.
  • Support On and Off Media Campaigns, leading low complexity BTL actions and supporting medium/high complexity actions.
  • Manage brand budget control, supporting financial reports and optimizing investments.
  • Represent the brand in internal decision-making and multifunctional team meetings.
  • Lead meetings with suppliers and partners.
  • Be responsible for arts development and Key Visuals in general (packaging, promotions, mock-ups).
  • Manage social media and understand business manager, social media grid, data analytics, and global approval flow.
  • Participate in any project linked to the business.
  • Instore execution across Self-service stores (Demo ladies & activations).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Administrative areas.
  • 2-3 years of experience in MKT FMCG.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Nielsen Answers skills.
  • Desirable: SAP and leadership experience launching products.
