We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Specialist to lead our standardization initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing project plans to drive the standardization of documentation, parts, materials, and equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement project plans to support standardization initiatives for documentation, parts, equipment files, and other related assets.

• Lead and execute the project plan to meet deadlines, budgets, and target outcomes.

• Input documentation, parts data, and equipment data into a centralized system for storage and retrieval.

• Search and extract documentation, parts data, and equipment data from the system as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of standardization initiatives.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Analyze and resolve complex data integrity issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve standardization processes.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and three years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong knowledge of coding, cross-indexing attributes, scanning, optical character recognition, and data searchability.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Previous experience leading successful projects.

• Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
