We are seeking a highly skilled Export and Import Analyst to join our team at Envia Logistics. As an Export and Import Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and coordination of national and international trips.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of driver files and fleet documents

• Assist drivers with paperwork, ensuring all necessary signatures are obtained and manifests are completed

• Prepare and process customs documentation in accordance with industry standards, regulations, and procedures

• Enter trips into the system in a timely and accurate manner

**Requirements**

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field

• Experience in administrative logistics and customs documentation

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Administration, or a related field

• Strong English proficiency and management skills

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, with excellent organization and control of information

• Competitive salary range of $12,000.00 to $14,000.00 per month
