We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Cybersecurity operations team in the role of Service Management Lead
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing full scope of the day-to-day Production Support service, including resolution of live incidents and post-resolution problem management activities.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing timely incident communication internally and externally as required;
- Providing technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems;
- Working as the owner of production environment and participant in various change deployments and related post implementation verifications;
- Automating daily manual routine work;
- Driving continual service improvement plans;
- Driving process integration activities to bridge gap between Cyber security and enterprise level processes;
Requirements include:
- 15+ years of IT experience in systems engineering, software development and production support in mission critical environments;
- Experience with broad range of technologist tools, e.g. Application Performance Monitoring, App Dynamics; Log Aggregation, Splunk; Automation, Puppet;
- Working knowledge of infrastructure, networks, load balancers, storage - cloud & containers highly beneficial;
- Experience with or an understanding of cybersecurity products such as Splunk SIEM, Anti-malware/Endpoint Detection & Response, Data Loss Prevention, Vulnerability assessment tools and Cryptography is highly recommended;
- Strong understanding of core Service Management disciplines;
- Excellent technical debugging and trouble shooting skills;
- Experience with modern agile software delivery practices such as scrum, version control, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), DevOps. AWS cloud platform/services exposure is a plus.
