Key Responsibilities- Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate with guests and colleagues to resolve maintenance issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and visual inspections.
- Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment and utility shut-offs for buildings.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts as needed.
- Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts using approved communication protocols.
- Display knowledge and skills in areas such as air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic/electronic systems.
- Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping, as well as external landscaping sprinklers.
- Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work.
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards, and develop positive working relationships with colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as maintenance or repair.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move equipment as needed.
- Basic computer skills, including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
