The Order Administrator is responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, from receipt to delivery, to ensure seamless customer experience and on-time order fulfillment. This role involves building a backlog with actionable plans alongside the Order Entry and Procurement teams to improve service levels, align priorities to meet customer expectations, and resolve disputes as vital. The Order Administrator ensures compliance with procedures and US GAAP for backlog management and maintains accurate information in the ERP system. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including Credit and Collection, Commercial, and Logistics, is important to achieving business objectives and meeting monthly POR commitments.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond to all customer inquiries within hours.
  • Schedule weekly calls with customers to ensure orders meet the requested dates.
  • Directly address and resolve customer disputes.
  • Provide customers with Order Status Reports.
  • Proactively handle the order backlog.
  • Supervise and report on order status regularly.
  • Follow up on commitments and delivery achievements with customers.
  • Supervise the delivery process within the internal supply chain.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities based on credit status, customer feedback, plant deliveries, logistics timing, and service operations.

Requirements:



  • Degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
  • +
  • years of experience in order administration and resource management.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Experience with Oracle is strongly preferred.
  • English proficiency of at least 80%.
