Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing weekly and biweekly payroll, maintaining employee time records, and managing employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions, including employee compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, and address changes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Maintain current Excel audit reports of payroll and benefits data.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to questions regarding payroll and benefits.
- Attend meetings and provide reports as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Benefits Administration
The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for administering employee insurance programs, including life, disability, and health insurance plans. This will involve advising and informing employees of changes and developments related to benefits, including eligibility, coverage, and provisions.
Qualifications
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
- Background in finance, accounting, or human resources.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position with a standard 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site.
