Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at Hashmap. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for the resolution of complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support for the resolution of Level 2 technical issues, including detailed analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement code fixes and rigorous testing.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of cutting-edge platforms and technologies.
  • Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery initiatives.
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical feedback and support to development teams.
  • Perform detailed root cause analysis of issues in production and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to lead in a global environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, preferably Java.
