• Conduct research and interpret technical information from various sources, including product specifications, user manuals, technical reports, and online forums
• Review and proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and readability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets business objectives and is aligned with company style guides
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the technical field and industry
• Drive self-service usage through the establishment of effective and accurate content
• Drive employee efficiency through making technical information easily accessible
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Technical Writing, technical support, software, or IT
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly document key learnings into knowledgebase articles
• Excellent communication, self-management, and customer service skills
• Ability to work well with people across multiple functions and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely decisions
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Master's degree in a related field
• Certification in Technical Writing or a related field
• Experience with content management systems and style guides
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive business results
