We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our customers. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues, as well as helping our customers install applications and programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for IT platforms, integration, and digital services
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions
* Develop and maintain knowledge of various service providers and technologies
Requirements
* 4-5 years of experience in a technical/helpdesk role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and technical English
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
