About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist at BetterCloud, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other customer-facing content
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of IT and SaaS technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
