**About the Role**

As a sales closer for Remote Latinos Llc, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects over the phone and closing sales using a consultative approach.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Soft-selling and closing sales
  • Effective follow-ups to maintain client relationships
  • CRM management using Podio
  • Operational tasks using Google Drive

**Requirements**

  • Proven sales experience with demonstrable success in phone sales
  • Multitasking ability with experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • CRM proficiency, preferably with Podio
  • Emotional intelligence with a natural aptitude for phone-based interactions
  • Resilience and enthusiasm with a proactive attitude toward making calls and closing deals
  • Solid understanding or experience in the real estate industry

**Compensation and Expectations**

Hourly wage: $31,000.00

Expected hours: 40 per week
