This Role

In this role, you will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. If you have a strong background in accounting and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, working closely with the finance team and other departments.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures to ensure compliance with US GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Own the overheads and balance sheet reconciliations process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Drive best practice across the accounting function, working with the finance team and consolidation team to implement and drive controls and process improvements.
  • Produce detailed spend analysis to provide insightful information to leaders within the business.
  • Enhance existing month-end reporting process and implement improvements where possible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a General Accountant or Financial Analyst.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software (ERP).
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends and provide explanations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Oracle/Hyperion/NetSuite/PBCS.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel & Macros.
