Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Butcher to join our team at Little Farms Pte Ltd. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and ensuring that our customers receive a WOW & UPLIFTING Little Farms Hospitality Experience.

• Provide professional and friendly service to customers, ensuring they are acknowledged and served quickly and efficiently.
• Perform basic meat cutting functions, including trimming, deboning, slicing, and portioning.
• Weigh, label, and price various cuts of meat to meet customer needs.
• Maintain daily production and temperature records, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene policies.
• Demonstrate inventory control and stock checks to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, adhering to government regulations and company policies.

• Proven work experience in butchery or culinary, with a strong understanding of meat cutting and handling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
