About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Meat Cutter Specialist to join our team at Little Farms Pte Ltd. As a key member of our butchery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and friendly service to customers, ensuring they are acknowledged and served quickly and efficiently
  • Perform a range of meat cutting functions, including trimming, deboning, slicing, and portioning
  • Weigh, label, and price various cuts of meat to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in inventory control and stock checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
Requirements
  • Proven work experience in butchery or a related field is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
