Ingeniero/a Especialista en productos cárnicos "Tech Service Meat North Latam"

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO: Brindar soporte técnico especializado tanto al interior de la compañía como a los clientes del ramo cárnico de México y Centroamérica.

 

FUNCIONES:

  • Formulación y elaboración de productos cárnicos.
  • Diseño de experimentos.
  • Coordinación con proveedores externos para a realización de servicios requeridos (laboratorios, proveedores de equipos, ingredientes, etc.).
  • Generar propuestas de mejora e innovación.
  • Mantener contacto con las áreas técnicas (cárnicos) a nivel global.
  • Administración de procesos administrativos internos relacionados al puesto.
  • Brindar soporte y asesoría en materia de conservación de productos cárnicos.
  • Administración del laboratorio de aplicaciones cárnicas.
  • Asistencia a clientes en visitas y pruebas en planta.
  • Elaboración de reportes de visitas, pruebas, ensayos, experimentos, etc.
  • Responsable del manejo adecuado de los recursos del laboratorio cárnico.
  • Elaboración y seguimiento del plan de trabajo.
  • Capacitación a empleados y clientes

 

CONOCIMIENTOS Y NIVEL DE EXPERIENCIA:

  • Educación: Ingeniero/a en alimentos/ Químico/a en alimentos
  • Deseado: Experiencia 5-10 años en plantas de elaboración de productos cárnicos, formulación de productos cárnicos.
  • Conocimiento en las áreas: Investigación y Desarrollo, Producción, Calidad.
  • Dominio de herramientas: Manejo comprobable de equipos de laboratorio cárnico (específicamente inyectadora, cutter, mezcladoras, molinos, etc.), Paquetería básica de oficina (Word, Excell, Power Point, etc)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar si aplica: Si
  • Inglés – obligatorio nivel avanzado (portugués u otro es un plus).
