Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windows Systems Analyst to join our team at Flex Ltd. in Guadalajara, North Campus. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our enterprise systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive monitoring of enterprise systems to ensure they are adequately sized to meet the dynamic requirements from the business solutions.
- Ensure proper backup and retention policies are in place to ensure minimum data loss to the business in case of failures.
- Establish clear communication channels and ensure proper feedback mechanisms are in place with customers, peers, and cross-functional teams.
- Propose system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
- Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- Research, design, code, and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of the IT projects.
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Junior experience with Linux/Windows hands-on system administration with back-end large server experience and/or cloud experience.
- Knowledge in hypervisors e.g. VMWare, Linux KVM.
- Advanced English.
- Basic skills in Relational databases, Open-Source databases.
- Basics of Troubleshooting, Log analysis, and data analytics.
