**Job Summary**
Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Incentives Manager to oversee the regional sales compensation team. This individual will be responsible for developing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with and accurate administration of approved compensation plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of sales compensation analysts, providing expertise and support as needed to investigate and respond to complex situations.
- Support the communication and rollout of designed plans annually for assigned client groups.
- Manage special projects that impact all business units regionally, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments as outlined in the program documents.
- Verify and review compensation payment amounts for accuracy and completeness, submitting completed payments to payroll for processing.
- Respond to escalated pay questions or concerns, partnering with senior-level business leaders to resolve.
- In partnership with the Global Director, Sales Compensation, define team operating standards and ensure essential procedures are followed.
- Responsible for onboarding, training, and providing performance feedback for sales compensation administration team members.
- Maintain and audit information needed to track performance plan reporting.
- Perform activities needed for the implementation and communication of sales compensation/incentive programs and policies, including partnering with business leaders on communication processes.
- Be involved in other projects or initiatives, taking ownership of SOX and Audit requirements.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and process improvements to drive consistency.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, accounting, or finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years related experience, including prior experience in payroll, AP, AR, or other areas in accounting or finance.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel required, proficiency in Microsoft's other applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in Oracle systems, including ERPs, sales cloud, or other variable compensation platforms.
- Process-oriented, able to establish standard procedures and manage to standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to members of senior leadership teams.
