Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make sales or recommendations for services that may better suit customers' needs.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • 6 months-1 year of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Previous sales experience in a call center or B2B environment (a plus)
  • Effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • Ability to use a desktop/Laptop and familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office
