Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Purchasing team in supplier selection and management, ensuring that suppliers meet the required quality and cost standards.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of vehicles.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms, while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor and control the impact of changes during development, focusing on economic negotiations and timing.
  • Lead summary meetings with suppliers and key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage negotiations and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or other disciplines requiring significant negotiation and/or exposure to sourcing/project management processes.
  • Ability to demonstrate past results achievement and leadership skills while working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and take ownership of projects.
  • Ability to adapt to urgent requests.
