About the Role

As a Distribution Replenishment Planning Manager at Mondelez International, you will be responsible for managing the sales and operations execution process, ensuring cross-functional stakeholders are engaged, and driving process efficiency to achieve business results. You will oversee the S&OE process, escalation triggers, participation guidelines, decision-making process, continuous improvement, and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and chair the weekly S&OE meeting, organizing insights from demand and supply planning, highlighting changes and risks, and presenting potential scenarios to resolve demand/supply imbalances.
  • Oversee the S&OE process-escalation triggers, participation guidelines, decision-making process, continuous improvement, and change management.
  • Seek consensus among all areas and clarity on decisions to be made and ensure that decisions are formally communicated and executed properly.
  • Own the Case Fill Rate and OnTime In Full governance, reporting, and RCA process by working across ISC and commercial.
  • Provide projections for service and inventory in the 0-6 week-period based on S&OE execution.
Requirements
  • Experience in logistics, distribution, production/operations management, and/or supply chain management (in a fact-moving consumer goods area preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain execution.
  • KPI management.
  • Able to understand chain-of-event impacts in different sub-functions of the supply chain.
  • Effective communicator.
