Key Responsibilities- Process weekly and biweekly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions, including employee time worked, paid leave, and benefits information.
- Administer employee insurance programs, including life, disability, and health insurance plans.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any payroll or benefits-related issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of payroll and benefits administration is essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
