**Job Details**:

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be the vital communication bridge between Product and Engineering. You will act as the Voice of the Customer, partnering with Product Managers on the product roadmap and aligning the technical delivery teams to deliver value to the customer.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Act as the spokesperson of the team, showcasing the work done to the wider community for a common understanding.

Document the outcome from the team for future reference by everyone across the business.

Be accountable for the product that is delivered using best practices to improve Product quality, transparency, open communication, and collaboration.

Have in-depth functional product knowledge, know the market, and be focused on maximizing value for the customer.

Establish product vision, direction, and investment decisions.

Collect and promote the most effective product ideas.

Manage product roadmaps, planning and prioritizing the capabilities that deliver value to the customers.

Define features, gather requirements, and user stories.

Actively manage Product releases, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer capabilities.

**Requirements**:

Able to manage the 'how' of our products and their implementation.

Specialists in our capabilities and how products work.

Oriented to internal teams to effectively build new capabilities - but have regular exposure to customers.

Constantly assessing emerging product and technology trends, ensuring we outspace our competition.

Feature backlog grooming

Sprint planning

Monthly cadence (Each delivery period needs 2 sprint of planning)

Technical calls with different customers
