Technical Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Manager to join our team at Sidel in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
As a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues efficiently.
Your primary duties will include:
- Collecting and filtering customer calls, identifying needs, and answering or managing technical requests
- Issuing Service Requests for intervention and following up with the Planning team
- Opening and driving Non-conformity through SINCRO until problems are solved and confirmed by customers
- Following and supporting Field Service Engineers during interventions at customer sites
- FOLLOWING UP AND ENSURING SALES ORDER AND SERVICE ORDERS REQUIRED ARE CREATED AND ALIGNED
- Collecting and sending technical reports to customers
- CORDINATING AUDIT EXECUTION: DIAGNOSTIC VISIT, ECO AUDITS, LINE AUDIT
- ORGANIZING STAND-ALONE OR COMPLETE LINE REGULAR MAINTENANCE AND EMERGENCY INTERVENTION
- MANAGING WARRANTY INTERVENTION FOLLOWING ISSUE RESOLUTION PROCESS
- TROUBLESHOOTING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS DURING WORKING HOURS
- 365 TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SUPPORT
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5 years of working experience in after-sales or production plants
- High technical knowledge of Sidel products and complete line equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to establish a very good customer relationship
- Excellent responsiveness, dynamism, tenacity, autonomy, and motivational skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
