As a Business Developer at Aspire Recruitment Solutions, you will play a key role in driving company growth in the Guadalajara region. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, working closely with sales teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to expand the company's customer base and strengthen its presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Guadalajara region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting how the company's solutions can meet their specific business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, with a strong ability to close deals and grow client portfolios.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally as needed for client meetings and events.
- Competitive base salary of 100k MXN per month with an attractive commission structure.
