  • Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners in the LATAM region, driving alignment on agreed partnership outcomes.">
  • Negotiate strategic contracts with terms most favorable for Flywire.">
  • Create go-to-market plans and manage the lifecycle of new partner onboarding.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">
  • 5+ years of combined experience in partnership management, business development, or relationship management.">
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM Education market, particularly the EdTech landscape.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally.">
  • Experience in building strategic relationships or consultative sales, with a proven ability to meet customer needs effectively.">
