As a Senior HVACR Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our clients, resolve complex issues, and establish positive relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues through effective communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems
  • FOLLOWING up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback
  • Prioritizing customer queries and escalating serious technical issues
  • Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics
  • Establishing remote connections with new and existing stores
  • Self-ownership of action items and tickets, updating call-tracking systems
  • Advanced programming and set point configuration
  • Maintaining proficiency in all products and services offered by Copeland

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Control & Automation, Electric, Communications & Electronics, Energy/Environmental, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and excellent problem-solving skills. The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
