Your responsibilities will be:
Key Responsibilities- Create weekly or monthly content plans to ensure a consistent and impactful presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Schedule postings to maintain a steady stream of content during optimal engagement times.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Compose tasks and provide creative direction for graphic design and video production teams to support content creation.
- Repurpose and recycle different types of content to maximize reach and resource efficiency.
- Maintain regular communication with brand managers and stakeholders to deepen understanding of the audience and align social media strategies with the business agenda.
- Work collaboratively with the PPC team to optimize budgeting and planning of advertising campaigns.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year's experience in a Social Media Manager role or similar capacity.
- Demonstrable experience with managing social media accounts and successful digital campaigns.
- Strong command of social media analytics and foundational marketing concepts.
- Advanced level of written English with excellent communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in managing international client accounts.
- Demonstrating a proven track record in handling B2B social media strategies.
