About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Energy Division team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval products within a defined area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow technical sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell our products.
  • Execute sales strategies to follow up qualified leads and convert them to orders.
  • Support the sales team by providing direct support to the customer during the quotation process.
  • Develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs, stressing the unique selling points and follow up.
  • Be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivering the value of our products and services.
  • Understand market insights and the customers' buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets, by working closely with experienced sales or sales team leader.
  • Develop sustainable quotes reflecting the customer needs, stressing the unique selling points and follow up.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, chemical, or mechatronics.
  • Manufacturing experience in the metalwork industry with knowledge in the energy field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or technical/product sales.
  • English/Spanish skills at C1 or proficiency level with both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of heat exchangers is increasingly valuable for this position.
