Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled compensation and benefits professional to support our regional operations in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Conduct job analysis and maintain job inventories to ensure accurate compensation data
- Establish and maintain pay ranges to ensure fair compensation practices
- Ensure regulatory compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Counsel and educate customers on compensation and benefits matters
- Analyze and produce reports on compensation and benefits trends
- Manage compensation and benefits data and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, PowerPoint and Word proficiency, and a minimum of 5 years compensation and benefits experience in Mexico. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is also required.
About YouWe are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, communicate complex information effectively, and drive results-oriented solutions. This role does not involve finalizing sales agreements or executing sales contracts, nor does it carry the authority to make definitive decisions regarding contracts.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 based on location and experience.
