As a Customer Service Representative at Porch Mexico, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping customers navigate their home services and insurance needs. The role of the Customer Service Representative involves:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing light servicing requests, including mortgagee clause changes, document requests, and answering ordinary questions
  • Sending requests to licensed customer service teams, including rewrites, effective date changes, and coverage counseling
  • Transferring clients to carriers who service their own policies after inception
  • Redirecting customers to their authorized representative in case policies need to be bound or have issues that cannot be resolved by the licensed team
  • Offering re-shop options and bundle options to customers as needed
