We are seeking a talented Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts for our US corporate team. As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers to fill our company's vacancies in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct sourcing and pre-screening efforts for corporate positions across the United States.
- Meet established metrics and KPIs.
- Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
- Support other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
**Requirements**
- Prior sourcing/recruiting experience or relatable customer service experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Suite, databases, and other software.
- Full English proficiency.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attitude.
