Job Mission

The Procurement Manager will play a key role in coordinating the management of suppliers for products necessary for production flow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Buyer team and ensuring the right level of mastery of skills and compliance with procurement practices defined
  • Responsible for supply performance and implementing action plans to address deviations
  • Leading the execution of procurement operations and ensuring control via a control plan
  • Dealing with operational problems and escalating blocking points to sourcing or DOI
  • Proposing, defining and leading internal and external improvement projects and identifying development needs
  • Accountable for the reliability of data relating to procurement activities
  • Participating in supplier relationship management for all operational aspects
  • Improving supply flows and defining improvement plans with suppliers targeted and involving stakeholders
  • Managing and coordinating operational SCM subjects, including crisis situations and global actions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing activities
  • General Competencies: Adaptability, Results Oriented and Problem Solving
  • Knowledge: Procurement processes and supply chain
  • ERP - SAP (preferred)
  • Fluency in English
